Shipping of your package

We make every effort to send you your order in the shortest time possible. Upon receipt of your payment, we ship your parcel promptly via Bpost.

Delivery time 

Our goal is to deliver to you as quickly as possible. In Belgium, we are aiming for a delivery time of 2 to 5 working days. For other countries, from 4 to 8 working days. We decline all liability in the event of a delay in delivery by our contractors. On our side, we make every effort to send the parcel speedily upon receipt of your payment.

Delivery charges  

Free shipping on orders of €75 or more for the following countries: Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, and France. Otherwise, any delivery charges will be communicated to you when you complete your order via the secure checkout process. For any order consisting of more than 5 items, we invite you to contact us. We will be able to provide you with the exact delivery charges.
