These Terms of Sale, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the legal provisions governing the use of the Site, the purchase of products on the Site and, more generally, any interaction between a Site User and the Site.
A Site User who registers on the Site is referred to as a Customer.
Concept DC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time without notice, the modifications then being applicable to all orders after the publication of the new Terms of Sale on the Site. Orders in progress remain subject to the Terms of Sale applicable at the moment when orders were placed.

Any person wishing to place an order on the Site must register and expressly accept the Terms of Sale. After registration, a User is referred to as a "Customer". By signifying their acceptance of the Terms of Sale, the Customer also signifies their acceptance of our Privacy Policy. This registration allows each Customer to make purchases, access their account and access their personal history.
To register, the Client must fill in their personal details such as last name, first name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, means of payment, etc.
Concept DC cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of an order if the Customer has made an error in their personal data.

The product catalogue and their online descriptions do not constitute an offer as such. The sale will be definitively concluded only upon receipt via e-mail of the order confirmation by the Customer, who will have paid the due amount.
Adhering to Article 1583 of the Civil Code, Concept DC reserves full ownership of goods sold online until full payment is made by the Customer. However, the risk of loss and damage to the goods concerned is transferred to the Customer upon taking possession.
All our prices are shown VAT included unless otherwise stated. The normal delivery and shipping charges shall be established according to the Customer's delivery address.
Prices of products offered for sale are subject to change. Once an order has been placed, it is the price displayed at the time of the order that applies. Concept DC reserves the right to adapt the value of the order in case of a blatant technical bug.
Regarding prices related to our B2B activity, a customized quotation will be established and proposed to the potential client for acceptance.

Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process and is within the time mentioned on the validation page of the order.
Concept DC cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the Customer after numerous appointment proposals.
The Customer must carry out all necessary examinations of the product at the time of delivery to detect any defects or other apparent defects or non-conformity of the products delivered with the order. Specifically, the Customer shall verify the condition of the packaging, the number of parcels and the number of products, their references, their condition, and their characteristics. In the event of a complaint, the Customer will also have to contact the transporter who made the delivery.
Under penalty of non-admissibility of their request, the Customer must indicate on the delivery note the precise and justified reservations in case of damaged or missing goods, the general reservation categorized as "subject to unpacking" being insufficient. This warranty only covers any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods. The following are excluded:
Any direct or indirect damage caused after delivery (e.g. by means of oxidation, shocks, falls, etc.); Defects caused by negligence, improper handling, improper maintenance, or abnormal use or use not conforming to the user guide (available on our website).

Conforming to article VI.47 and following the Belgian Economic Legal Code, the Customer has the right to inform Concept DC of their intent to renounce their purchase, without penalty and without the need for justification, 14 days from the day following the day of delivery of the product. Products used, damaged, or incomplete will not be taken back.
The Customer who wishes to exercise this right must contact Concept DC within 14 days by e-mail to contact@carbon-dc.com with their contact details and order number.
Concept DC commits to reimbursing the Customer within 30 days following Concept DC’s receipt of the products and all their accessories, which are the object of the renunciation, in their original packaging.
Any product returns are made at the Customer's expense unless otherwise communicated by Concept DC.
The parties accept the electronic means of proof (e-mail).
The photos and/or visuals are published to serve as illustrations only of a proposed offer on the Site and may not faithfully represent the offer in question. Photos, illustrations and/or visuals are in no way contractual.
All the visuals, texts, scripts, sounds, and generally any material on the Site are copyright protected and belong either to Concept DC or to its partners. No Customer, User or third party can use these elements without prior request and a favourable written response from Concept DC. Any reproduction without authorization will be liable to criminal prosecution.
Only links to the Site are publishable insofar as the URL appears.

Any dispute shall be governed by Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute between the parties, which cannot be settled amicably, concerning the validity, interpretation, or execution of this agreement, the parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation in accordance with the mediation regulation of Mediation, avenue Louise 500 in 1050 Brussels.
Mediation shall begin no later than 15 days after the request for mediation is made by one party to the other party; the mediation period may not exceed 15 days unless expressly agreed by the parties.
In the event of failure of the mediation, the French-speaking courts of Brussels are competent.
